1: Conditions of payment

 

Cancellations must be received within seven days of payment in order to receive a full refund (unless cancelled by Inspire to Rewire). The fee will not be refunded because of a failure to attend the course or if the training course has commenced. 

 

2: Cancellation of courses

 

If due to unforeseen circumstances I need to cancel a training session, I reserve the right to make cancellations where appropriate. You will be given as much notice as possible and I will either refund the full fee or if you request move the training to an alternative date.

 

3: Confidentiality and privacy

Confidentiality and privacy of information within the sessions are paramount. It is important you feel safe in our sessions and any details we discuss on the training  will not be passed on to anyone else, unless you request so. If however during a session I feel your life is in immediate danger or I have concerns about your safety and wellbeing it is appropriate for me to breach confidentiality as the health professional's first responsibility is to protect the client’s safety.
